 Ammar Hussein

Founder & Sole Proprietor, Rimawi Law Professional Corporation

Ammar Hussein is the founder and sole lawyer at Rimawi Law Professional Corporation, a Belleville-based law firm serving clients across the Quinte region and beyond. Born in Toronto and raised in Newmarket, Ammar now calls the Quinte area home, drawn by its unique mix of community and natural beauty.

Ammar focuses his legal practice on helping individuals navigate challenging legal issues, often during some of the most stressful times in their lives. Whether advocating for clients in personal injury claims, family law disputes, insurance matters, long-term disability cases, or employment and contract disputes, Ammar brings a client-first approach grounded in compassion, honesty, and strong advocacy.

Since being called to the Ontario Bar, Ammar has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and various administrative tribunals. His broad litigation experience and commitment to client care have earned him a strong reputation in the region.

Ammar earned his undergraduate degree from York University and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012, where he was recognized for his volunteer work both on campus and in the community. After returning to Ontario, he articled at a personal injury firm in Vaughan before joining Bonn Law in Trenton as an associate. In 2017, Ammar opened Rimawi Law to provide more personal, hands-on service to clients in need of practical legal support.

Outside of the office, Ammar is an avid sports fan and stays active playing soccer, hockey, softball, volleyball, and golf. He’s a lifelong supporter of the Leafs, Raptors, TFC, and Blue Jays, and enjoys spending time with his large extended family, especially his six nephews.

Ammar is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and serves on the board of the Hastings County Law Association.
